Hi, I am Liya Teplitsky, a creative sole that is here to express myself and along the way do the work that God has blessed me with the skills, passion, knowledge and a good amount of experience to do, to be your mentor and guid you (hopefully and humbly) to your desirable child bringing experience. 

I am a wife and a mother of three boys (yes, only boys so far) and I had them over a period of 4.5 years. Yes, I was in a rush and I have no regrets (I don't believe in regrets), all three of them were born at home (aka home birth) and two of them are what I consider "orgasmic" births. So, it took me some time to become available to educate others about what I have learned, and to be honest, even though I do have science by my side, I believe that science worth nothing if it's manifesting you pain and difficulty. I am a strong advocate of a animal based nutrition for a healthy lifestyle and aseptically in pregnancy. Therefore if your philosophy, when it comes to nutrition is veganism and you resist change for the purpose of improving fertility and having a healthy pregnancy than I am NOT the right coach for you. It's important for me to be transparent. 

Also, even though i am a very spiritual human, and I belief that withought our heavenly father nothing can exist, but as a jewish woman, we have something we call "hishtadlut" (doing my best) and I am here to teach you everything I know about how to do that. conceive naturally fertility mindset reproductive health

I wake up every day with deep gratitude in my heart for that I have heald the world from infertility. Big ha? yeah. I dream big, and you? I know it's a big aspiration, but knowing how easy it can be for 99% of women (I really do believe that the number is 100% but let's leave some room for our human limited mind). Most women CAN get pregnant within 3 months even if they failed in 16 IVF treatments or have been trying naturally for a decade. It's just that we can't see a solution for a fertile body when we walk with an infertile mindset. So, clearly, we need to take care of that as we transform our physical health which is (drum roll) only a manifestation of your mind, our (mainly unconscious) thoughts and the beliefs we carry. conceive naturally fertility mindset

• Radical accountability- here's why, I actually care about your results, I take my work very personally, and I treat the manner of taking action and applying everything your learning from me very seriously. This is why I don't take more than 5 clients at each given moment. I make myself available for you beyond the actual coaching calls to answer all of your concerns as soon as I can. 
• Honesty And Authenticity- this is how I choose to show up, think that your working with a midwife, will it benefit you to be shy or hide important details about yourself? seriously, I make my clients my sole sisters.  
• The program is meant to improve the quality of egg/ sperm, to put the right hormones in the right places so that fertility can be unlocked and activated. This requires your intention and attention, focus and obedience. 
• If you have a partner, I ask to show up with him to the meeting, I urge (of course i can't force) the partner to be an active player in this program and to apply my instructions upon himself.
